Stainless Steel Production

We carry the whole series of product design, mold design, mold production and product fabrication by our own self. Supporting by our wire cutting, EDM & CADCAM machining center, we deliver fast samples and accepts immediate modifications. Therefore, our customers can place their possible ideas to us with high security and flexibility.

SUS304 is the most common material which we are employing, from coils, sheets and profiles, we could carry out stamping, bending & forming, and even welding and forging with them. Capable in producing many different kinds of building and construction use products. Many of these items are being sold to Japan, such as precision fixtures & clippers, GRC inserts, and their qualities in material and dimensions are highly requested.

Steel Production

Series of SS400 (Q235) steel material is commonly being used in our products. Fabrication method such as stamping, bending & forming, welding and forging are currently applied. Capable in producing many different kinds of building and construction use products. Many of these items are being sold to Japan, such as heavy-duty clamps, flanges, building inserts, and even simple structural systems.

Aluminium Production

We carry the whole series of product design, mold design, mold production and product fabrication by our own self. Basically, we can handle extruded products on alloy 6063 / 6061 with standard fabrication. Surface coating methods such as anodising electrophoresis, powder coating and PVDF coating are also can be involved. We provide services on selling of extruded profiles, semi-fabricated products, complete assembled products from the above mentioned. Other orders like fabrication on AA1100 aluminium sheets, with bending & forming, welding, linear holes punching are also within our category. We are capable in producing many different kinds of construction and decorative use products. Many of these items are being sold to Japan.

Mold Production

A mold production center is always the heart of an industry as it controls the speed and continuity of product production. It also affects the possibility on capturing a business. For metal, aluminium, plastic and even glass casting, a precision mold (die) is always crucial.

In China, a fast growing country, mold-developing technique has been improved and is comparable to many developed countries in the World. Moreover, the low production cost has attracted many overseas industries to place their mold making in China. Many of them are from the industries of automobile, aerospace, office machines & instruments, in which they require high precision production molds. Other demands from Japan, like FRP and GRC productions where molds changed even more often, is in an increasing trend.

Plastics Production

From time to time, we do come across with enquiries, from our existing customers or others, on plastics products. As business is growing, we realized plastics could be a substitution to other materials in various applications. This has made our start in supplying these relevant products to our clients. Simple plastics like ABS, PP, PS and PVC are mostly used in the product range. By both extrusion and injection molding, we can supply small to medium size products with chromed, coloured, silk printed, pad printed and gold plated effects. The products such as cosmetic & household containers, electrical & electronic casings, decorative cornices, cable ducting and plastic toys components are major for exporting.

Glass Fabrication

We have been in the glass fabrication industry for over ten years in both areas of construction and domestic markets. General fabrication such as flat glass tempering, curve glass tempering (simultaneously), glazing, laminated, edge grinding (uneven shape), sand blasting, CAD machining, drilling, water-jet cutting, engraving, etching & molding are able to be carried out separately or jointly. Factory is capable in handling original glass sizes with thickness from 4mm to 22mm.
